Billing updated

Anything you changed in the portal — your card, your plan, a cancellation — is already saved with Stripe. Nothing else is needed here.

Seeing it in Ficelle

Open the License page in Ficelle and press Refresh. It re-reads your subscription and updates the status, plan and period it shows. Ficelle also refreshes on its own, so the change lands even if you skip this.

If you cancelled

Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Core is unaffected: it is free, it stays installed, and it keeps routing across free models. Your licence key stays valid for the whole remaining period, so you can still activate it on another machine in the meantime.

Anything unexpected

If a change is not reflected after a refresh, emailsupport@ficelle.ai. Include the last four digits of the card and the approximate purchase date — never your full licence key or card number.
