FicelleThese terms govern Ficelle Pro purchases made from THE BLUE HOUSE (SASU), 7 rue d'Arsonval, 75015 Paris, France.
Offers and prices
- Monthly: 12 € per month, renewed monthly.
- Annual: 89 € per year, renewed annually.
- Lifetime: 199 € one-time payment, with no recurring charge, for the commercial lifetime of the Ficelle product.
Subscription plans include a 14-day trial. A valid payment method is required and the selected subscription is charged when the trial ends unless cancelled first. Prices shown at checkout are authoritative and include applicable taxes when stated by Stripe.
Order and delivery
Stripe processes payment. Once checkout is confirmed, a licence key is issued and grants access to the private Ficelle Pro package. You are responsible for keeping the key confidential.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
Withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to the rules applying to immediately supplied digital content and services. Statutory rights remain unaffected. To request a withdrawal or report a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us promptly atsupport@ficelle.ai.
Conformity and support
Consumers benefit from mandatory legal conformity warranties for digital services. Support is provided by email on a best-efforts basis. Provider outages and changes to third-party free-model offers are not defects in the Ficelle Pro licence itself.
Consumer mediation
Contact us first so we can resolve the dispute. If no satisfactory solution is found, an eligible French consumer may use CNPM Médiation Consommation, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France:cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu.
