Scope

These terms govern access to the Ficelle website, documentation and software. Using Ficelle means accepting these terms together with the licence applicable to the component you use.

Licences

Ficelle Core is source-available under Business Source License 1.1 and later converts to the licence stated in its repository. Ficelle Pro is commercial, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. A Pro licence may be activated on up to five machines unless a different plan expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ficelle to:

• break the law or infringe third-party rights;
• bypass licence, payment or provider security controls;
• resell or share commercial access outside your plan;
• disrupt the website, licence service or other users.

Third-party providers

Ficelle routes requests to independent model providers selected by you. Their availability, prices, policies and outputs are outside our control. Ficelle does not guarantee that any free third-party offer will remain available.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis without a quantified SLA. We may ship fixes, security updates or compatibility changes. Material changes to paid terms apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

Liability

Ficelle is a routing tool, not a guarantee of model accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, THE BLUE HOUSE is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, provider outages or model output. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law and contact
